How to utilize a private money CASH loan correctly ?
My wife's mother is looking to invest in real estate with me, she has a 100k available in actual CASH. The money sits in a safety deposit box in the bank and has already been taxed.
Since its in actual cash the situation has had me confused and a bit scared. Do I take her money and bring it to the bank and get a cashiers check ? Deposit it to my account ? IDK...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
