Hi investors!

So I have been doing research to see where we want to buy property based on budget and places I would want to vacation and I am thinking Florida. I was lead to Kissimmee by research and originally was thinking about Airbnb there but not sure it is very lucrative. But what about LTR there? Anyone have any experience they can share in the area for STR or LTR? Any experiences to share would be amazing!
