Title Company: New Investor Advice Needed

I am meeting with a Title Company tomorrow to get information about the title process for a condo we are going to bid that is in a property tax auction. I know enough superficially about Title Search, IRS Liens, HOA back payments, Title Insurance, etc, but really want to learn the process, as admittedly, I was some what checked out of this process years ago when we purchased our own home. This is all new to us, understanding that "we do not know what we do not know", what should we inquire about during the meeting? On episode 341, I heard David Greene give the reminder that is a best practice to use these meeting as opportunities to learn as much as we can. Any advice is appreciated!
