Where are the best places in Ontario for cash flow?

I am wondering what kind of cash flows everyone is seeing in different markets in Ontario?  In London, it seems to be hard to get to the 1% rule although possible just difficult to find.  I noticed there seems to be much better rates in windsor and the chattam kent area.  

Just wondering what is the best market for cash flow in Ontario?
