Good afternoon all,

I want your feedback and thoughts of purchasing a property for $100,000 and to be profitable you would need $1,000 return and so on? I have used this formula for a few of my investors in Spokane and they seem to be doing fairly well. If I am way off I would like to know however in a broad view it seems pretty fair.

Please note, I did catch the typo in the title however was unable to fix.
