Pros and cons to using Realtors once deal is found

I am curious to hear others thoughts/opinions on this. I have gathered a network of realtors in my area who I plan on utilizing for

Comps and finding properties for me in the area. While I am prepared to pay a fee for comps ran and getting lists of properties. My questions is what about after the property has been found? Do you follow through with using your realtor throughout the rest of the deal or do you simply pay them a fee for their time.

What is your decision process to do either or ? Thank you
