Action,learn,ask questions, read,don't sit on the sidelines!

Biggerpockets opened a door through podcast, books etc,about three months ago for 2 friends, we are over the road owner operators (truck drivers) to start a discussion of change and family!Friday we closed on a duplex/rehab.Already doubters are saying,how will you find time etc,No sidelines for us,reading is great ,listening is knowledge, but action is what we needed!Here we go!
