Tank Sweeps in Florida?

Hey Bigger Pockets community! Hoping my Florida friends could offer some insight.  I am a lender in NJ and underground tank sweeps have been a huge piece of diligence for us, as they can be a huge liability. 

We are starting to lend in Florida. Are there similar concerns with underground storage tanks here? Should I still require tank sweeps? Any insight is greatly appreciated!!
