I did a search and didn’t see a thread specifically for questions regarding things in the book

I’m only an hour in of 14 hours listed by audible but

Am I the only one who’s listened to damn near every episode of bigger pockets and never heard them suggest paying cash for the first step in brrrr ?

I feel very thrown off by this
