SWITCH PROPERTY TO LLC OR KEEP IT IN MY NAME?
Hello family I bought my first property under my name, should I switch it over to an LLC or keep it in my name along with future purchases?
I've heard that doing this could cause problems with your mortgage and insurance provider.
Any feed back is well appreciated!
