I'm trying to find private REI clubs that pool capital together for better purchasing power/due diligence efforts/etc. to invest passively in RE syndications (multi-family, development, mobile home, self-storage, etc.). Any recommended clubs? One that I like is The Real Estate Crowdfunding Review club. Looking for others. Thanks!
