Put 20% or 25% Down?
Wondering what other seasoned investors are doing? If you have an option, would you put down 20% down for a conventional loan or get little bit more ROI for 25% down. I rather put 20% down and use remaining 5% cash to supplement my next property.
What would be your approach for a buy & hold property?

Hey @Yogesh Bhadane I would do the 20% route and go after more properties with the remainder!!
