LLC domestication and title to property

Let's imagine the following hypothetical situation. There is a California LLC (that owns real estate in California) which has gone through the domestication process and moved to Wyoming. Does the owner of this LLC have to record a new Grant Deed to transfer the property? Or is the title retained (like EIN, credit score and bank accounts of the company) during the domestication process?
