REHAB COSTS IN FORT PIERCE

Hi everyone.... I'm new to investing although I've been a license agent for over 9 years. I'm looking at a property which needs a total rehab in Fort Pierce. 2/1 SFH 818 sq ft. Would anyone have an idea of an approximate cost for a total rehab in this area? I'm in Miami and everything here is more expensive. I'm figuring $35/sq ft for full rehab????
