tips on writing contract

Ricky Vang
Posted

Hi All

Im starting out in real estate and would like some tips on how to write a contract or what should be included. My main focus in the beginning is to find deals, put them in contract and assign them to someone else. I am new and dont want to take on any rehabbing projects right away, so what to start of buy assigning contracts. Any tips would be appreciated or if anyone has any sample contracts they would like to share.

Also if you guys can share on how the assignment process works it would greatly appreciated. I have a general understanding of how it works, however just want to hear on all oh you who have experience and have gone through the process. Any real life experience would be appreciated.

Also would like to connect with investors in the Fresno and surrounding areas

Thanks,

-Rick
