Have and Hold - Market Phases
Please pardon my ignorance but this is why I am making my first post, help me understand.
We’ve all seen the market phases chart explaining:
Phase 1 - Recovery
Phase 2 - Expansion
Phase 3 - Hypersupply
Phase 4 - Recession
I understand why this is valuable to certain types of real estate investors but I’m failing to find much more understanding short of obtaining the best price when you buy a piece of real estate for the “Have and Hold” Real Estate investor.
So... as a have and hold real estate investor, why do I care about market phases beyond obtaining the best price?
Thank you for your time and attention.
