Looking for an Investor Friendly Attorney Near Hudson County, NJ

Hi, I am looking for a good attorney that can close on a subject-to, owner financing/seller carryback, lease-option and other creative financing deals involving wrap mortgages. Does anyone have a good recommendation? I'm looking to close deals within Hudson County, so if the attorney is located in that area, that would be really helpful.
