Jacksonville investing started

Hi Everyone,

I just started investing in Jacksonville FL.

Purchased two properties so far in Jacksonville. I am an out of state investor. So far I found a great contractor and property management company for my properties. I would love to use BRRR strategy, however i am having hard time finding the lender for refi. Can anyone share a loan broker? Also what are your thoughts about section 8 housing in Jacksonville? I had good success in bay area with section 8 and I would love to hear from local investors. Also I am coming to Jacksonville in May 15-16th.
