I have some cash but not so much time
Hello everyone my name is Courteney, and new to the site. I live in Newark NJ area. I have some cash to invest but not really the time. I would really like to get into flipping out of town and really looking to find the right team to get started with. The Newark area is a bit over priced for me to doing it alone. If there is any advice from local or out of state people I would be grateful. . I’ve done one flip in Atlanta but then my wife’s father got sick and wasn’t able to do it anymore. Thanks for your time I appreciate it.

"Have some cash but not really the time". I would not flip. Flipping requires a lot of time even if you had a team. It's not like you have a perfect team they do the work you fund it and make money. Doesn't work that way. You need to find an investment vehicle that can require less of your time.
