Looking for guidance
I am thinking about getting my re license and all I have heard from friends and family is not do it. It’s bad it’s cut throat it’s very competitive blah blah. Is it really that bad? What other careers can I pursue with a license. I am looking to switch my career from being chained to a desk in a office and looking for some flexibility. I do have experience managing my own two properties and they both got sold for a decent profit and I did it on my own without an agent. Is there any online brokerages that will pay you a steady salary . I know it may not be huge salary but gives me the felxibility and a paycheck.
