New member . Interested in OBX

Hello my name is Ron.   My wife and I are interested in diversifying our investments and looking at a second home in OBX.  I have owned investment properties before but live in PA so my market knowledge of the Outer Banks is limited to vacations there.  Would appreciate any insights and advice.  The market seems to still be on the upswing especially in Nags Head.  Are we too late?  Thank you in advance for any and all advice.  We would like to rent out the house when not there.  We are looking at 300k of our money to invest on one or multiple properties.  We will finance the property(ies).
