Hello! I got 4 sf homes in the last 12 month in Las Vegas i put down around 230k but i use 86k from credit card with no interes for 12 month and 3% trasaction fee.... right now i pay like 450$ in interest for i was thinking to cash out refinance 3 houses and get like 60-70k its a good ideea ??? Every refinance it will cost3-5k and the payment on the 3 loan it will go up like 800-900$ per month and will reduce mycash flow on my 5 rental to 2200$ a month. It will be better to keep paying ghe credit card and pay them off in 3-4 years or to refinance ??? Thank you the intrest on the new refinance it will be around 5.8 %
