Cash to make personal purchases?

Milton Dalida
Posted

I've done a lot of research regarding the concept of investment properties, cash flow, depreciation, tax shelter, leveraging, etc. But, my ultimate question is what liquid fund can I actually use to make personal (or business) purchases such as a car, home, vacation trips, etc? Is it only from the cash flow? After all, my goal of investing in real estate is to quit my job and have a consistent cash flow to buy and do other things and retire.
