How to Start In Real Estate

Mo Silva
Posted

Hi everyone, my name is Mo.

I have a pretty big predicament. I purchased my home 2 years ago with a 30 year FHA. Unfortunately I have PMI on it until its fully paid off. My first question for you guys is.

1# Is there a way to remove PMI off FHA loans without refinancing?

2# At the moment my home value is around $380,000 with it starting at $310,000. I have it paid down to $293,000. Do you guys think getting a HELOC and buying an investment property would be a good idea?

3#  Are there other ways to use the equity in your current home to get a investment property?

Thank you for all the help! You guys are amazing!
