Structuring Partnership w/ Money vs. Sweat
Hi everyone,
I think I may have posted this in the wrong section, or at a bad time, so I figured I'd give it another shot!
I’m looking to buy a small multi family rental property with a partner who will be providing the capital for the down payment while I do the rest of the work (finding/putting together the deal, coordinating the mortgage and due diligence process, managing the property, etc.). What is a common and fair way to structure a partnership like this when it comes to equity splits, management fees or acquisition fees?
Thanks!
