NJ illegal two family renting out a in-law suite ?
Hi so I am looking in northern NJ for a two family but it is harder than I thought. I found a lot of homes with mother/daughter and in law suites. Am I allowed to rent them out to help with my mortgage? Maybe put a separated entrance for the tenant to the apartment? Any advice please what to do or towns that look the other way.
