Cost of developing land and building 7 to 8 townhomes

I have land (commercial zoned) that I bought back in 2010 for around $100k that is paid for and looking into developing and building possibly 7-8 townhomes (4 & 3 connected or 4 & 4 connected). Size of a unit  would roughly be around 1200 to 1300 sq. ft. With 3 bed, 2 bath, & 1 car garage. What am I looking at in terms of land development and building cost per unit in the Bremerton/Silverdale Washington area?
