what is the most accurate online value estimator

i am new to bigger pockets and starting to look for rentals or flips. is there and accurate and easy way to find the abv on line?

Michael, as a buyer, you do not pay any commissions - so why not add some bench strength and find a realtor who is experienced in working with investors to assist you. Because of our investment in the MLS and other vehicles, only a broker/realtor will have truly accurate property valuations from a variety of methods. You'll want them all. As a broker and investor, valuation is on the same level with location. I don't overpay - EVER - and I won't let my clients either. Many of the online valuation models have stated standard deviations (which they do disclosed in extremely small print) of 12% and higher. That simply won't do...
