100k to Invest in Cash Flow Rental Properties

Ramyl Guerrero
Posted

Hey Everyone, my name is RJ and I live in Las Vegas. So I have a Free and Clear condo that I own here that I will be putting on the market for around 140k. Could anyone put me in the right direction of what markets produce great cash flow and how I could use this money make passive income. I heard about places like Indianapolis, and Cleveland to invest in? What would be my best way to use this 100k? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

@Ramyl Guerrero A good piece of advice I picked up off one of Brandon's webinars is to look for areas that have several property management companies to choose from. If you are going to be investing long distance, you need good options to rely on in case one falls through. Best of luck!
