Littleton Colorado Developers?

Is anybody developing, or have developed, in Littleton, Colorado? My wife and I purchased a property we had planned to rent out to her business, but we may need to pivot strategies and look at a possible rehab or scrape and build. The location is amazing, on a double lot, with a lot of potential. The property right behind us was a scrape and build, on a single lot, and recorded a sales price of $1.05mm. We're in our property for under $600k.
