Looking for a seminar or other event around the first weekend of April 2019.  Anywhere the rental market is good, or just fun to visit.  I'm interested in topics ranging from newbie real estate rental investing, to passive income and financial freedom, to success mindset, to personal growth.  I've got airline credit about to expire and I'd like to use it towards my new investing!
