Credit Reporting service - which is best?

I need to sigh up for a credit monitoring service - which is the best one?  I am dependent on my credit score and I need to keep close tabs on it.

Experian . -  24 a month 

Equifax - 19 a month

Transunion 24 a month 

I want to freeze it while I am not using it and monitor all my accounts.   

I have used Credit Karma and they only have 2 and their alerts are weak.
