An accountant, a lawyer, and a banker walk into a room....

If you had all the professional experts in one room. What would you ask them?

A couple months ago, I was asking my attorney about how to put together an ownership structure for a deal I’m fundraising for. He gave me a great answer but his advice came with a caveat. “Make sure you check the implications with your accountant first.” So after paying my legal bill I asked my accountant what her advice was. After she started metering her time she answered me with a proposed change to the structure and then said “you might want to check with your lender on that and because of the change I suggested you should check back with your attorney.”

What would you ask if you had all of these folks at the same table? The reason I ask, is that we are having a Multifamily Masterminds event. We are trying to gather pre screened questions so that our panel can think on how to answer them before the event.

The primary objective of this post is to solicit questions you guys might ask if you were to come to this event.

If you are interested in the event it’s on BP.

Ask away!!!
