Question about xome.com

Hello folks

I am looking at what seems to be a nice opportunity in xome.com but never done any auction before so I have my reserves I hope you can help me clear.

Viewing and Inspections: Can these houses be visually inspected/visited? I understand that formal inspections are not possible, is this a true statement?

Title work: Can I choose my own closing agent and so I have rights for a thorough title search and title insurance?

Extra fees: Other than the 5% commission they charge, is there any other "fee" that can come up on top of the accepted bid price?

Price: Current bid is for $168K but in the Price History section below it says the house was listed in the MLS 2 days ago for $320K. What does this mean?

Thank you all in advance!
