Real estate consultants?
Hello all,
Has any one of you ever hired a real estate consultant? If yes, how do they charge for their work? If they charge by the hour, how much is their billing rate?
If any of the BP members is a real estate consultant, I would really appreciate if can share how you charge for your projects. I have contacted couple of real estate consultants and they seem to be charging around $100/hour for their work. Is that reasonable? Thanks!

I am not sure if I am priced right or not. I know there are a ton of guys that charge tens of thousands for their services, but for me, I make my coin in real estate. This is a way for me to offer affordable help to those that need it, and make a little money at the same time.
I am anxious to see others answers, I may have to jack my prices, LOL!!
$197 a month for full on real estate mentorship sounds very reasonable.
And if you guarantee success through your coaching if anyone follows your advice to the letter also makes it very reasonable.
