Scaling a Business - Who and When to Hire?

Unfortunately, time is fixed. You only have so much of it. At some point, say X properties, it may make sense to bring on a full time employee. A couple questions for those of you scaling or those who have done it?

1. What does X equal in that above sentence?

2. Who or what did you hire first? bookkeeper? Asset manager? property manager?

3. Do you think you did this too quickly or too late?

Interested in the feedback! If you have other comments, please leave them as well.
