FHA -- Move less than a year?

Hey All,

I just recently closed on a duplex(3 weeks) on an FHA loan and have lived on one side. Concurrently, I have also been interviewing for another job. I recently got a job offer, in which it is a remote position. As it is a remote position, I am thinking of moving out of state(50 miles +) to be closer to family. I know if a job requires you to move to a different state then it should be fine, however, since this a remote position, it brings a different twist. If I make this move, would I be committing a mortgage fraud? I'm trying to stay within the legality of the law and wonder if this could pose an issue. Thanks!
