Building a work circle

Hello everyone! I am an investor in the western Massachusetts area. I am excited to say that I will be closing on another four family at the beginning of next month. However, the process of finalizing this current deal has led me to the realization that I need to focus on my work circle as well as how I intend on properly scaling my portfolio. After re-reading Gary Keller’s A millionaire Real Estate Investor (Make sure to read if you have not already done so) He emphasizes the importance of building a work circle. I would like to reach out to the BiggerPockets community especially to those who invest in the Western Massachusetts area. I am looking for any recommendations for an excellent closing attorney, Accountant, property management, contractor, plumber, electrician, wholesaler, etc. Throughout my previous investments I have searched and used different people in all of these different criteria. For one reason or another they have not worked out usually due to the fact that they are not investment minded or unreliable.

I am also looking for someone who has become successful in this area and was hoping that I could reach out to them to discuss my current and future investment goals and hopefully use them as a mentor As I continue to grow my business.

Any suggestions or recommendations would help and I look forward to hearing what other investors have to say.
