Recommendations for Athens purchase

I recently purchased a large property in Athens, Tx 6500 sqft. I am looking to find someone who can clean out the junk at a reasonable price. Also looking for a respectable landscaper who can trim trees and clean up the lot. Recommendations welcome.  Thanks
