Really dumb question but I've looked everywhere.

A few podcasts ago there was a Sub-Metering company that sponsored the podcast (within the last 5-25). They had given me what I felt like a reasonable per unit cost. The problem? I can't find that podcast or email anywhere. Without listening to the beginning of 20 different podcast I figured I would suck up my pride and reach out to the community.  If anyone can remember the name please let me know. Or if you have a recommendation for a company that charges a reasonable per unit and monthly monitoring charge I would love to know. The subject property is in Wichita, Kansas.

AUM is a good one @Jeremy Woods or you could do utility estimate fee so tenants could pay for example $30/month for water +$10 per extra person; $50 for gas etc both good options
