Need some feedback and more info on VA deal

I looked at a huge 20 bedroom 6 bathroom single family home yesterday that until a few years ago housed VA patients/ tenants. Would it be possible to return it to a VA home therefore collecting rents of the government??

New to this type of thing, any feedback would be awesome!!
