International (Italy) How to start to look for partners

Good morning, I am super new of Biggerpocket. It was recommended by a member fn ChooseFI FB group.

I own a 5,000 sq feet house on the Italian Alps, where I grew up. The house produces no income me and it needs a lot of work to fix it. The area is gorgeous but rural. In 1962, it was remodeled as a small hotel, and it has 12 rooms (no bathrooms in the rooms) big kitchen etc etc. If I sell it, I will get near to nothing. Plus I don't want to. But it will fall apart if I don't do anything and I do not have the money (at least not all for sure) to fix it. I would like to find a partner to fix it and place it on Airbnb. Any suggestions? I have tried to enter the info of the property, but Biggerpocket does not seem to allow me to enter any location beside the USA. Any suggestion from where to start? Thank you.
