Investing in Sydney Australia

Good day guys. I'm a newbie from Sydney Australia trying to start investing here. I am looking to invest on rental properties but properties here are so expensive making it hard to find a positive cashflow deals. Any suggestions are very much welcome and will be considered. I am also looking for real estate investing groups here where I can network in a regular basis. Thanks in advance. Allan
