LLC-insurance dropped

Before forming an LLC with Travelers Ins I checked with them about transferring one property into an LLC and they said no problem, they can just add the LLC as an additional insured. Just called to let them know it was done and they now say sorry, can't do it.

She suggested finding another carrier. Problem is property is 100 years old and Travelers is the only company that will give earthquake without retrofitting the foundation. The northwest is expecting the BIG ONE being on a major fault line. They say for sure, soon.

She said the LLC can be named my name LLC. Any ideas? I will probably change the name.
