Help with interior specs _ adding value

I NEED ADDED VALUE IN THE REHAB SPEC PLAN. Looking for recommendations and suggestions for how to ensure the specs for my interior rehab meet the threshold for certain expectations for my buyers market. I dont plan to offer  million dollar home _ yet I don't want to sell at 80k home. Who can come in an provide a spec sheet for a fee? Atlanta.
