Where to Find Market Research

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone had any links they would recommend to get long term charts on property and rent values in metropolitan areas.  I am trying to research the price tops single family homes of the last real estate bubble to the bottom before they started the recovery.  Same with rents.

I tried zillow and those websites but they tend to only 5-7 years of historical data unless I am missing something.

Thanks!
