Apps for Cash Flowing, Buy-and-Hold Rental Property Model

Hi Everyone - 

Does anyone use any apps for modeling/projecting out cash flows for buy-and-hold properties? I have an excel model I use, but I would like something I can update live from my phone/tablet as I'm touring properties (like an app).
