Where can I get Market data ?

Hello all, does any one know where I can get real estate market data (like historical demand based on  type/size/# of bedrooms of a property, which would tell me what type of property is selling the most) for a particular county in the US?

I have tried realtor.com, zillow, redfin, trulia but none give me what I am looking for. Is there another way to determine demand for a type of property on a given location?

Thank you for your help!

Damian
