HOW CAN MAINTENANCE BE BETTER?

Candidly, when I am not looking for ways to find, train, and retain better tradesmen and laborers-I am seeking to better serve the real estate investment community. Buy and Hold properties come with maintenance and I seek to make these rates less variable and more fixed. TELL ME ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS:) Here are some probing questions: 1) When it comes to maintenance and costs, what trust issues have you had? How have they been resolved? 2) What are some ways you think maintenance costs could be lowered? 3) Of course there are home warrantees for large appliance and systems? Worth the money? How could they be better? 4) All the other maintenance-Do you stay within budget? Why or why not? What could help that change? Thank you to anyone who gives their input. These questions will be used to help us further develop solutions to serve the real estate investing community.
