Last BRRRR - Great Cashflow
Just finished refi of two unit in nw Illinois. Bought at 100K put in 10K and refinanced out our private lender.
Positive cash flow $600 Refi - commercial loan 6.5%, 20 yr amort at 5 year balloon.
All funds go back into property to pay down the loan as quick as possible. This is our 15th refi.
Few more years $10,000 positive monthly cash flow.
Who likes the BRRRR strategy?
